Asus enters the RAM market with the ROG Certified program

Asus has officially launched the ROG Certified program. Now, third-party manufacturers can release RAM modules under the ROG brand. Although Asus previously denied such plans, the company has effectively entered the RAM market. This was reported by Ixbt.com reports .

The first product in this series is a 48 GB DDR5 memory kit developed by the Chinese company Biwin. Featuring CL26 latency, this device is built on SK Hynix chips and supports Intel XMP and AMD EXPO profiles. Currently, the product is sold in the Chinese market for around $880.

Biwin is the program's first partner. According to Asus, 14 other major manufacturers have joined the ROG Certified program, including Corsair, G.Skill, ADATA, Lexar, Silicon Power, and Apacer. The main goal of the program is to provide memory modules that are maximally optimized for ROG motherboards and have undergone additional testing for stable performance.

For now, the ROG Certified program has only been launched in China. In the future, products released under this partnership are expected to reach the global market.
