Huawei Enjoy 90 Pro Max Overtakes iPhone 17 Pro in China

Huawei’s Enjoy 90 Pro Max has reportedly surpassed the iPhone 17 Pro in sales volume within the Chinese market as of the 16th week of 2026. According to data from RD Observation, Huawei maintains its overall leadership in the country with a 23.2% market share, while Apple and Oppo follow in a tie for second place at 15.8% each. The new Enjoy 90 series, powered by the Kirin 8000 processor and HarmonyOS 6, demonstrated significant momentum by selling 250,000 units on its launch day alone.

Although changes were observed at the top of the ranking, Huawei remains the overall leader in the country with a 23.2% share. Apple and Oppo share second place, each with a 15.8% share.
Vivo (15%), Xiaomi (14.2%) and Honor (10.5%) are also in the top five.
The Enjoy 90 series, which debuted on March 23 this year, includes three models. These smartphones are equipped with the Kirin 8000 processor and the HarmonyOS 6 operating system.
According to the data, 250,000 devices found buyers on the very first day the new lineup went on sale.
