The Uzhydromet meteorological center has issued an important weather forecast for the new working week for the population of Uzbekistan. It warns that there will be no precipitation throughout the republic in the coming days, but that the air temperature will rise sharply.
At the beginning of the week, sunny and slightly cloudy weather will be observed in most regions of the country. In addition, strong winds may be observed in some regions during the weekend.
In particular, on Monday, the daytime air temperature in most parts of Uzbekistan will be around +30...+35 degrees. However, in the southern regions and desert zones of the country, the temperature may be several degrees higher than these indicators - up to +38 degrees. By the middle of the week, temperatures are expected to compete with the hottest countries in the world: in most regions, the air is expected to reach +36...+39 degrees, and in the southern regions even +42 degrees.
Hot days will also occur in the north of Uzbekistan. On Monday and Tuesday, the air temperature in these regions may reach +38...+40 degrees. Starting from Wednesday, the temperature will gradually decrease, settling around +32...+37 degrees in the north.
Meteorologists note that on June 3 and 4, the wind speed in the northern and desert regions of Uzbekistan may increase to 15-20 meters per hour, and dust storms may be observed in some places. This situation is also likely to be observed in other regions of the country on June 5.
Mostly partly cloudy and sunny weather will prevail in Tashkent throughout the week. The probability of precipitation is minimal. The wind speed blowing from the east in the capital will be 3-8 meters per hour.
Temperatures in the capital will be +30...+32 degrees on Monday, and will gradually increase in the following days. On Tuesday, the temperature is expected to reach +33...+35 degrees, and on Wednesday and Thursday - up to +35...+38 degrees.
Experts are urging the population to take health precautions during high temperatures, use sun protection products, and avoid prolonged exposure to the sun if possible. It is especially important for the elderly, children, and people with chronic diseases to be careful during these days. Read 'Zamin' on Telegram!
