Dissatisfaction with the "Rich Woman" project is growing: what's the problem?
Recently, a serious scandal has erupted around the “Wealthy Woman” project, which has been widely circulated on social networks and has become the focus of attention of many women. The Antimonopoly Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan (Competition Committee) has conducted a thorough investigation of the project based on numerous complaints received from citizens.

As it turned out, this platform, which has been operating for 2-3 years, initially introduced itself as an educational platform for women, providing them with important skills for psychological development, improving family relationships, entrepreneurship skills, and personal growth. Through the platform, participants were promised the opportunity to sign up for classes and receive the necessary recommendations and practical knowledge. In order to create financial convenience for users, there was also the opportunity to make payments in installments through Uzum nasiya.

However, it turned out that more than 50 complaints received from platform participants revealed a number of serious problems. The main complaints of consumers are as follows:
  • The promised lessons are not organized on time, the educational process is conducted by unprofessional teachers;
  • The quality of education is low, the results are completely below the promised level;
  • The organizers ignore the complaints and objections of the listeners, and sometimes they treat them rudely and insultingly;
  • The users who object are blocked by the platform, which leads to a gross violation of consumer rights;
  • Even though lessons have not been held for 3 months or more, monthly payments are automatically deducted from consumers' plastic cards;
  • The process of withdrawing from the project and terminating the contract is unreasonably complicated, especially for citizens in the regions, requiring them to come to Tashkent.

Also, another serious objection of the complainants was that, while it is enough to click a single button on Instagram to join the project, it is almost impossible to leave it or cancel the contract.

Taking into account these circumstances, the Competition Committee, together with Helpdesk LLC (the project organizer) and Shaffof moliya LLC (the financing organization), is studying the problems in depth. The Committee also announced that, in order to ensure the rights and interests of consumers, it has sent an official proposal to the financial services platform Uzum nasiya to review and, if necessary, terminate the cooperation agreement with the “Badavlat Ayol” project.

Today, this situation is being widely discussed among the public. Many users express their strong dissatisfaction with not only the platform organizers, but also financial service companies through their complaints. The final decisions of the Competition Committee on this matter are eagerly awaited by the general public. This problem has undoubtedly become a pressing issue that requires a solution in the near future.
