Work opportunities in Japan are expanding for Uzbek youth
In order to further strengthen relations between Uzbekistan and Japan in the field of labor migration and fully protect the rights and interests of citizens, the visit of the official delegation of Uzbekistan to Tokyo ended with fruitful results.

During the visit, the delegation members held fruitful negotiations with the leadership of a number of Japanese government agencies, including the Ministries of Foreign Affairs, Justice, Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, Agriculture, Immigration Service, International Cooperation Agencies, technical internship programs, and organizations working with international skilled labor. The delegation also met with the Governor of Kanagawa Prefecture and discussed the prospects for regional cooperation.

During the negotiations, the main focus was on organizing labor migration, diversifying the flow of labor, and effectively directing young specialists to the Japanese labor market. The Japanese side, in particular, stated that it considers organized employment to be important and thereby attaches great importance to guaranteeing the rights of workers.

As part of the visit, a large-scale conference on "Uzbekistan's human resources potential" was organized in Kanagawa Prefecture. The event was attended by about 100 leading Japanese employers, recruitment agencies and government agencies. Speaking at the forum, the heads of Japanese companies highly appreciated the responsibility, discipline and approach to work of Uzbek workers and expressed their intention to attract even more workers from our country.

Specifically, Japanese employers noted the excellent performance of Uzbek citizens in the labor process, their rapid adaptation to the language and high labor discipline. Such comments indicate that Japan's trust in Uzbekistan is growing.

As a result of the summit and negotiations, a number of agreements were signed on the attraction of labor resources from Uzbekistan in agriculture, the food industry, logistics, trucking, construction and other sectors. These documents are expected to bring relations in the field of labor migration between the two countries to a new level.

This visit has undoubtedly made the opportunities in the Japanese labor market more open and clear for Uzbek job seekers. Also, the practice of organized employment between countries will be an important step in guaranteeing the rights of citizens, ensuring transparency and preventing illegal migration.

Uzbekistan's demonstration of its human capital potential in the international arena is of great importance in opening new doors of opportunity for its citizens.
