By decision of the State Admissions Commission, a list of ministries, agencies, and major associations (88 organizations) has been approved that have the right to recommend citizens with at least five years of work experience in sectors of the economy for admission to evening and distance learning formats.
Such citizens are admitted to study on a differentiated tuition-contract basis based on the results of an interview.
Applicants in this category can register online on the Knowledge Assessment Agency’s website my.uzbmb.uz from August 1 to August 15, 2025 (inclusive).
In addition, interviews with applicants and their enrollment as students will be carried out in accordance with the Regulation approved by the Cabinet of Ministers.
Furthermore, an additional quota of 4,000 state grants for women has been distributed by region:
