The Yakkasaray district, Salar Street, caused serious concern among the local residents. Here, illegal construction of a multi-story building affected the yards of neighboring buildings, resulting in soil displacement. Local residents, fearing the situation, appealed to law enforcement agencies.
The incident occurred in the area of multi-story buildings in Dilbulok neighborhood. According to the construction inspection, the main part of the object is being carried out based on project documentation prepared by “Lyuks Loyiha” LLC. Positive conclusions were obtained from the working body of the “Architecture and Urban Planning Council” and the State Unitary Enterprise “Urban Planning Documentation Expertise.”
Construction block A is officially registered with the territorial inspection for control of construction and housing and communal services of Tashkent city. So far, the inspection conducted 10 monitoring visits and issued 11 written instructions. Additionally, the customer was twice held administratively liable for non-compliance with construction standards.
However, the situation with block G4 is different. Although this block received a positive conclusion from the “Architecture and Urban Planning Council,” the conclusion from the State Unitary Enterprise “Urban Planning Documentation Expertise” was not obtained. Therefore, block G4 is not officially registered, and construction was started illegally. The situation has been reported to law enforcement authorities.
Furthermore, during the investigation, it was found that while excavating the foundation pit for block G4, “O‘zkommaishiysavdo” LLC encountered a malfunction of the transformer on the territory. This limited the possibility of removing groundwater, causing the water level to rise. As a result, soil displacement occurred in previously backfilled areas of the underground parking lot built by “Grand Capital” LLC, causing slipping and hazardous situations.
At present, the construction inspection and relevant authorities are closely monitoring the situation. Residents of the neighborhood emphasize that through this incident, attention must be paid to construction control, compliance with building standards, and neighbor safety.
