Uzbekistan will launch an early pension calculation service starting in spring 2026, Spot.uz reported. This was announced on September 10 by Murodbek Atajanov, Executive Director of the Pension Fund under the Ministry of Economy and Finance.
The Pension Fund is currently developing the “My Pension” program for those who have not yet retired. It will allow citizens to estimate their future pension in advance.
Users will enter their PINFL and authenticate through OneID. They will then receive integrated data from 26 government bodies — including salary, work history, education, number of children (for women), and military service (for men). Based on this, their future pension amount will be calculated and displayed.
The program will also inform citizens whether they have enough work history to qualify for an age-based pension. If not, this may encourage them to leave informal employment for official, higher-paying jobs.
Originally, the service was scheduled to launch on September 1, 2026. However, the Pension Fund now plans to roll it out as early as April or May.
According to the 1993 Law “On State Pension Provision for Citizens,” men are eligible for age-based pensions at 60 (with at least 25 years of service), and women at 55 (with at least 20 years of service).
Additionally, under the presidential decree from June 26, an online version of “My Pension” will officially launch on December 1, 2026, offering early pension estimates using electronic data on income and work history.
