A new batch of agricultural products has been sent from Uzbekistan to Great Britain. This time, our country's Exim Dried Fruits Imporve Group company delivered 2 tons of melons and grapes based on the order of Baykoos Foods Ltd, a company operating in London.
According to the data, in recent years, Uzbek agricultural products have become increasingly popular in the British market and are in particular demand among buyers due to their taste, high quality, and competitiveness.
It is noteworthy that in the first half of 2025, the export of agricultural products from Uzbekistan to Great Britain doubled.
The trade exhibition "Products of Uzbekistan," held for the first time in London in June of this year, played a significant role in achieving this success. During this event, representatives of more than 20 leading exporting companies of our country took part and familiarized themselves with the activities of London's large wholesale markets and warehouses engaged in the import of fruits and vegetables. During the event, preliminary agreements were also reached with large British companies.
Currently, more than 30 types of agricultural products are supplied from Uzbekistan to Great Britain. This indicates the strengthening of trade cooperation between the two countries.
In the near future, more Uzbek products are expected to appear on the tables of British consumers.
