In Bukhara and Navoi regions, the days will be warm and pleasant. Wind is expected from the east at speeds of 7–12 m/s. Night temperatures will be 12–17 degrees, and daytime temperatures will reach 27–32 degrees.
In Tashkent region, Samarkand, Jizzakh, and Syrdarya regions, winds will also blow from the east at 7–12 m/s. Night temperatures will be 12–17 degrees, with daytime temperatures around 26–31 degrees.
In Kashkadarya and Surkhandarya regions, the weather may be slightly warmer. The wind direction is from the east, with speeds around 7–12 m/s. Night temperatures will be 14–19 degrees, and daytime temperatures will reach 28–33 degrees.
In Andijan, Fergana, and Namangan, wind will be relatively weak at speeds of 5–10 m/s. Night temperatures will be 12–17 degrees, and daytime temperatures around 26–31 degrees with warm weather possible.
In the foothill and mountainous areas, the weather is expected to be slightly cloudy but without precipitation. The wind will blow from the east at 7–12 m/s. Night temperatures will be 10–15 degrees, and daytime temperatures around 20–25 degrees.
In summary, on September 28, most parts of the country will experience warm days and cool evenings. Only in some regions is there a possibility of rain and dust storms.
