Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan are strengthening their strategic alliance
On November 15, a meeting was held at the Kuksaroy residence between the President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev and the President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev. It was stated that the negotiations conducted as part of the state visit serve to elevate the close cooperation between the two countries to a new level.

During the meeting, issues of further developing political and economic relations, increasing trade volume, and expanding joint projects in the fields of energy, transport, and industry were discussed. The sides expressed their readiness to continue cooperation in areas that serve the interests of both states.

The presidents noted that in recent years the relations between Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan have significantly intensified. In particular, the increase in mutual trade volume, the strengthening of joint industrial initiatives, and the enhancement of cooperation in regional security were highlighted.

At the end of the negotiations, the leaders of the two countries emphasized that cooperation in the spirit of strategic alliance plays an important role in ensuring stability and prosperity in Central Asia, and agreed to continue expanding practical cooperation in the future.
