Tomorrow, two-hour movement restrictions will be introduced in the city center. This time, the units of the Ministry of Defense and the National Guard are preparing for demonstrative pedestrian marches that will be held on November 18. The event is organized in honor of the 34th anniversary of the adoption of the State Flag of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The marches will begin at the “Victory Park” memorial complex at 15:00. While the military personnel move along the designated route, during this period the movement of vehicles on some streets of the city will be temporarily stopped. The restrictions will be in effect from 15:00 to 17:00.
In short, the roads around Sagbon, Nurafshon, Zarkaynar, Furqat and Alisher Navoi streets will be temporarily closed. Those who are planning to travel are advised to be careful specifically in these areas.
The authorities at the same time apologized to drivers for the inconveniences and recommended using bypass roads.
In conclusion: tomorrow from 15:00 to 17:00 traffic jams in the center are practically inevitable. If you plan your personal schedule accordingly, you will save both your time and your nerves.
