Cold air masses are entering Uzbekistan. This was warned by Uzhydromet.
According to the information, on January 16-17, the air temperature will sharply decrease in almost all regions of the republic. The daytime temperatures will also decrease significantly, and the cold will intensify during the night and early morning hours.
Additionally, precipitation is forecasted due to the anti-cyclone. In some areas, short-term precipitation in the form of rain or snow is expected. It is expected that the precipitation and wind will wash away fine particles accumulated in the atmosphere and slightly improve air quality.
