President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev and President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev closely familiarized themselves with the activities of the situational center organized under the governor's office of the Bukhara region.

A new local government management model is being gradually implemented in the country, aimed at consolidating executive authorities in the regions into a single system at one point. This modern approach serves to strengthen coordination between agencies, accelerate decision-making processes, and resolve public issues more effectively.

This intellectual management center, established in Bukhara's new administrative center, operates as the modern "brain center" of regional governance. In the initial stage, it integrates the region and city administrations, the prosecutor's office, internal affairs bodies, and other responsible structures.

The center collects, processes, and analyzes real-time data across all sectors, including socio-economic development, investment projects, utility and transport infrastructure, public safety, and citizen appeals.

The high-ranking guests were demonstrated through practical examples the center's capabilities for comprehensive monitoring of the situation by region, early identification of problem areas, evaluation of execution efficiency, and strict monitoring of task implementation.

Following this, the leaders familiarized themselves with the modern conditions created for the employees of the governor's office. The new building is equipped with a fully digitized work environment, modern offices, and meeting halls, providing all necessary opportunities for the efficient operation of state agencies.

During the visit, copies of unique archival materials were presented to the President of Kazakhstan. These include documents, drawings, and photographs from 1920–1950 regarding the mausoleums of Khoja Ahmed Yasawi in Turkistan and Robiya Sultanbegim, daughter of Mirzo Ulugbek.

As a symbol of historical proximity and brotherhood between the two peoples, copies of these archival materials were gifted to the Kazakh side.

It was noted that most of these documents have not yet been introduced into scientific circulation and hold great importance in studying the historical heritage of Central Asia. Unique architectural monuments such as Ahmed Yasawi and Robiya Sultanbegim occupy a special place in the region's common cultural heritage.
