Those parking cars in front of apartment entrances will be penalized

Strict restrictions on improper vehicle parking around multi-apartment buildings have been introduced in Uzbekistan. Under the new regulations, parking vehicles on sidewalks, in front of building entrances, and in other common areas is now prohibited.
These requirements were established in the "Rules for the Maintenance and Use of Multi-Apartment Buildings," which were registered by the Ministry of Justice on April 29.
According to the rules, it is forbidden to park motor vehicles on lawns, alleys, playgrounds, as well as on sidewalks and in front of entrance paths in areas adjacent to residential buildings. These restrictions were introduced to ensure traffic safety in courtyards and to preserve common areas.
At the same time, the new order includes a number of other prohibitions. Specifically, it is not permitted to install equipment that poses a fire hazard on balconies and loggias, or to store heavy items there. Additionally, hanging clothes, carpets, or other items on the exterior of balconies is prohibited (with the exception of the interior side).
Keeping pets in stairwells, basements, attics, and other common areas is also not allowed. Furthermore, leaving flammable materials on stair landings or under staircases, as well as making unauthorized modifications to heating systems, is prohibited.
The new rules also pay special attention to sanitation and technical maintenance issues. In particular, elevator cabins must be cleaned weekly, and elevator equipment must undergo regular technical inspections.
It is also mandated that if a pipe failure occurs in a basement, resulting in the accumulation of water or sewage, the management body must resolve the issue within 24 hours.
According to experts, these innovations will serve to strengthen discipline in multi-apartment buildings, maintain cleanliness, and create a safe environment for residents.
