Zelenskiy admitted that he will not be able to regain the lost territories

In an interview with British journalist Piers Morgan, Volodymyr Zelensky admitted that Ukraine will not be able to regain the territories lost in the fighting, RIA Novosti reports.

"We will not regain all our territories. We are adequate people, we cannot lose millions of people for an outcome that may not happen," he said.

In January, Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico said that Ukraine had lost a third of its territory as a result of the conflict and would have to accept the presence of foreign troops.

According to him, in the future, Ukrainian citizens will have to answer the question: is this result worth the lives of those who died in the conflict?

Zelensky also said that Ukraine has received obsolete weapons from its allies. According to him, due to the Ukrainian conflict, American military-industrial companies have received “billions of dollars in profits” and have managed to create the latest weapons.
