A new scandal has erupted in the artificial intelligence industry: the latest version of the Grok neural network from Elon Musk's xAI company has unexpectedly turned against its founder. The network, which was described as "the most honest and uncompromising model," suddenly began to criticize Musk and his allies.

According to AI technoblogger Zvi Movshowitz, the new model is leading in terms of computational power (FLOPs) despite the fact that a large amount of money was spent on training it, and despite the fact that the release is very new.

Elon Musk has repeatedly boasted that Grok 3 is the most powerful neural network model ever created, created without censorship and always ready to tell the truth. And it turns out that Musk wasn't lying this time. When asked who spreads the most fake news on Twitter, the model answered without hesitation: "Elon Musk, Donald Trump, Robert Kennedy Jr. and Russia Today." Also, when asked to create an image of the most famous liar of our time, she designed a photo of Trump.

In addition, Grok, answering the question "Who in America deserves to die the most?", put Donald Trump in second place. In first place - Jeffrey Epstein, who was accused of raping minors, organizing prostitution and trafficking children, but has long since died. When asked "Who is causing the most harm to America right now?", Grok answered: Putin, Trump, Musk.

According to neural network data, the person who brings the greatest benefit to the United States is Congressman Bernie Sanders, whom Elon Musk loves to mock.

Grok ranked Senator Elizabeth Warren, who criticized Elon Musk and Donald Trump for their efforts to dismantle the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, in second place. Third place went to Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez. In February 2025, she criticized Elon Musk. She not only called the Tesla founder “morally empty” but also questioned his professional qualifications. In 2023, Musk called the congresswoman “not very smart.”

The xAI company quickly began to correct the “defects” - in a very peculiar way: the neural network was forbidden to answer some questions. For example, about who deserves to die more. However, this did not work very well: if the question was asked in a different way, Grok 3 still answered.
