
On April 2, the city of Krivoy Rog in Ukraine was hit by a Russian missile attack. According to the head of the Dnipropetrovsk regional military administration, Sergei Lysak, at least 4 people were killed and 14 civilians were injured as a result of the attack.
Deaths and injuries
Initially, the number of victims was announced as 3:
- a 29-year-old woman,
- a 35-year-old man,
- a 41-year-old man.
However, the number of injured people later increased to 14. Among them was an 8-year-old child. All the victims were hospitalized.
How was the attack carried out?
According to the head of the Kryvyi Rih Defense Council, Alexander Vilkul, the attack was carried out using a ballistic missile. The attack targeted a civilian infrastructure facility, and the city's high-rise residential buildings were also damaged.

Russian attack on Kharkiv
A day before the attack on Kryvyi Rih, Russian troops carried out a drone attack on the city of Kharkiv. According to the Ukrainian State Emergency Service, the drone hit an apartment building, injuring five people, including a 10-year-old boy.
