Russia launches massive strikes on Ukrainian cities: there are victims and injuries

On the night of Wednesday, April 30, the mass attacks carried out by Russia using drones caused serious destruction in Ukraine. In particular, the cities of Dnipro and Kharkiv suffered serious damage, with casualties and injuries reported. This was reported by the head of the Dnipro regional military administration, Sergei Lysak, and the city's mayor, Boris Filatov, on their Telegram pages.

According to reports, one person was killed and another was injured in the attack in the city of Dnipro. At least five private residential buildings were damaged as a result of the attack.

Kharkiv Mayor Igor Terekhov reported that Kharkiv was also hit by a large-scale attack by Russian drones that night. He noted that at least 39 people were injured in the strikes on the city.

The head of the Kharkiv regional police department, Oleg Sinegubov, said that a five-year-old girl, a 16-year-old teenager and a 24-year-old pregnant woman were among the injured.

The attack began at 11:26 p.m. local time and a total of 16 strikes were made on the city. It was reported that the strikes caused significant damage to apartment buildings and private residential buildings, a medical facility and other civilian infrastructure.

According to Spartak Borisenko, head of the department for combating crimes committed in armed conflicts at the Kharkiv regional prosecutor's office, the strikes targeted the Slobodskoy, Shevchenko, Kiev, Saltovsky and Nemyshlyansky districts of Kharkiv, causing serious damage.

The Telegram channel "Suspilne Kharkiv" published photos showing the consequences of Russia's strikes on Kharkiv. Among them are multi-storey buildings with broken windows, burnt cars and destroyed streets.

Local authorities and rescuers are currently providing assistance to the victims. Law enforcement agencies have launched an investigation into the incident and work to eliminate the consequences of the attack. Read 'Zamin' on Telegram!
