As a result of a special operation conducted by the National Central Bureau of Interpol in Russia, a citizen of Uzbekistan who was wanted in Moscow was detained. This was officially reported by the press service of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs.
According to information, the detainee was wanted in his country as a suspect in the embezzlement of large sums of money. He was detained by Interpol officers at Vnukovo Airport and extradited to Uzbekistan on the same day.
He took a loan, made a profit and fled
It is reported that the company headed by this person received a loan from a bank in the amount of almost $ 9 million for agricultural activities, in particular, cotton cultivation. However, the funds received were not used for their intended purpose.

Despite making an estimated $20 million in profit from selling agricultural products, he failed to repay his bank loan and left the country for abroad.
Arrested as soon as he got off the plane in Moscow
Uzbek Interpol had informed its Russian counterparts in advance about his arrival in Russia. Therefore, upon arrival at Vnukovo International Airport, he was immediately detained and returned to his homeland on the same day under the supervision of law enforcement agencies.
According to photos and official information, the detainee did not resist during the passage through the airport checkpoints. This was another proof of the effective cooperation of law enforcement agencies.
