Dangerous espionage in Israel: Two citizens with ties to Iran arrested

The police and the country's General Security Service, the Shin Bet, issued an official statement on June 15, announcing that tough measures had been taken against espionage activities carried out in the country in the interests of Iran.

It turned out that the detainees are of Jewish origin and are suspected of carrying out special missions for Iran. It is worth noting that in the current situation - at a time when missile attacks on Israel are in full swing, and there is a constant threat to the population and strategic facilities, such espionage is a major threat to the country's security. "We are seeing with our own eyes the harm and danger caused to our country by individuals who cooperate with Iran," the Shin Bet statement said.

Israeli intelligence notes that the information received was effectively used by Iran to harm Israel. Meanwhile, in recent days, Iran has also announced that the Israeli intelligence service Mossad has captured two agents on its territory. They are accused of manufacturing explosives and electronic devices.

According to reports, Israel launched an attack on Iran's nuclear and military infrastructure on June 13. At that time, Mossad special operations were also carried out: intelligence officers placed high-precision weapons near Iranian air defense systems, installed special attack systems on secretly imported vehicles, and established a drone base near Tehran.

Simultaneously with the air force strike operation, these weapons were used to weaken Iranian air defenses and attack important targets around the capital.

These events once again confirm the increasing complexity of the secret struggle between the two countries.
