According to the Russian president, Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan and President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan are also actively assisting this process. Putin also mentioned former U.S. President Donald Trump, as well as leaders from China, India, and other countries, referring to them as friends playing a key role in the negotiation process.
