
Following the end of the intense conflict between Iran and Israel, the number of compensation requests sharply increased in territories under Israeli control. This was reported by Israel’s economic publication Calcalist.
Mass Claims for Damaged Property
According to the report, the armed conflict lasted 12 days and officially ended on June 24. Afterward, citizens, entrepreneurs, and defense sector representatives filed over 50,000 applications for compensation of material damages.
How Did the Conflict Begin?
The clashes began after Israeli strikes targeted residential areas and suspected nuclear facilities. In response, Iranian armed forces launched powerful strikes on occupied territories using drones and ballistic missiles.
Iran Cites UN Charter
Iranian officials stated that their actions were in accordance with Article 51 of the UN Charter and aimed at protecting the country's sovereignty and territorial integrity.
Compensation Requests Still Ongoing
