According to Egypt's state television channel Al Qahera News, two fuel trucks are expected to enter Gaza on Sunday. This is one of the first such instances after months of restrictions.
Gaza's Ministry of Health stated that due to fuel shortages, hospitals are only treating critically ill patients. However, it has not yet been confirmed that the trucks actually entered.
In the past 24 hours, six more people, including children, have died of hunger. Since the start of the war, the total number of such cases has reached 175.
Israel has begun partially allowing aid deliveries following international pressure. However, the UN emphasizes the need to increase the amount of aid.
On Sunday, at least 18 people were killed in Gaza during attacks on civilians trying to receive aid.
