In Istanbul’s Umraniye district, a 33-year-old Uzbek citizen was fatally stabbed, local media reported.
According to information, the tragedy occurred on Aytosh Street. Nigina Sattorova, born in 1992, was brutally killed on the street by her husband. Witnesses said the man, out of jealousy, slit her throat in public. When the medical team arrived, the woman was already dead.
After the incident, two men were detained on suspicion of murder. It is reported that the woman’s husband, after committing the crime, called his friend and tried to hide in the forest.
However, the police quickly tracked him down, launched a large-scale search, and soon arrested the suspect along with his friend. The woman’s body has now been sent for forensic medical examination.
