A new meat export quota set in Kazakhstan

The Government of Kazakhstan has announced the introduction of a special quota for beef exports.

According to official information, the main purpose of this decision is to prevent a sharp rise in meat prices in the domestic market and to ensure that the population is supplied with sufficient products.

At the same time, the established quotas will allow large producers to continue deliveries under existing contracts and to maintain their positions in foreign markets.

The government’s press service emphasized that such measures are of great importance for ensuring the country’s food security and supporting economic stability.
