New Zealand girl set a record on LEGO

Gabriel Wall from New Zealand ran 100 meters barefoot on LEGO pieces and entered the Guinness Book of Records. She covered this distance in 24.75 seconds, the organization’s website reported.

After the run, doctors found only small tears in the upper layer of skin on her feet, but no serious injuries were recorded.

Gabriel herself called this experience unforgettable: “I am proud that I was able to test my abilities and go beyond the limit,” she said.

Preparation for the record was also not easy. She gave up shoes and trained in the swimming pool. It was there that she practiced stepping on construction pieces, preparing herself for the challenge.
