In Turkey, two women wanted for crimes related to human trafficking were apprehended. This was officially reported by the Consulate General of Uzbekistan in Istanbul.
According to reports, these individuals were detained during joint operational and investigative actions conducted by the Ministries of Internal Affairs of Turkey and Uzbekistan, and were promptly deported to Uzbekistan. The operation is regarded as a clear example of effective cooperation between the law enforcement agencies of both countries.
The detained persons are Barno Khusainovna Muhamedova, born in 1962 in Samarkand region, and Nozima Fakhriddinovna Najmiddinova, born in 1987 in Namangan region. Citizens who suffered from the actions of these individuals or have information about them may contact the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, its territorial subdivisions, or the Consulate General in Istanbul.
