A brand new chocolate bar was put up for sale in Abu Dhabi. This product is an exclusive dessert recreated based on dessert, which caused a huge sensation in Dubai last year.
This chocolate, prepared by the famous confectioner Nouel Catis, is named after Abu Dhabi, the capital of the UAE, and is deeply connected with the author's personal history. According to him, he has been living in this city for seven or eight years and considers Abu Dhabi his "second home." After success in Dubai, the master confectioner returned to the city of inspiration and began a new stage in his career.
Time Out Abu Dhabi writes that the chocolate taste is reminiscent of a combination of baklava and salty caramel. It is being sold for 105 dirhams per piece.
The composition of the new dessert is based on three main directions:
1. Saffron and cardamom - fragrant spices widely used in the region;
2. Tahina and dates - delicious additives inspired by local cuisine;
3. Nostalgic chip - crushed cookies for a specific texture.
All ingredients are coated with a thick layer of salty caramel, and the dessert is decorated with pieces of 24-carat gold.
It is said that the dessert attracts attention not only for its taste, but also for its luxurious appearance.
