Elon Musk: Cities on the Moon may appear in 10 years

According to Elon Musk's plans, "self-developing" cities may appear on the Moon in the next 10 years, and Mars will achieve this goal in a few decades. This was reported by The Insider.
According to billionaire SpaceX founder Musk's comments on social media, the Moon project is the company's priority goal. He said that flights to Mars can only be carried out once every 26 months, since it will be at the closest point to Earth, and flights to the Moon can be carried out once every 10 days, and the flight will last only two days. Mars, on the other hand, needs half a year to fly.
Musk also stated that the first results of the lunar project will be visible in 10 years, and the Mars project will take at least more than 20 years.
In addition, NASA also plans to send humans to the Moon for the first time in 50 years. As part of the "Artemis" program, astronauts will land on the Moon, where long-term presence will be ensured. The launch has been postponed several times, and according to the new plan, it is expected to be carried out in early March 2026.
