Putin has already started the war - a shocking statement from Zelenskyy

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy emphasized that one of the key issues is how much territory Russia can seize and how Putin can be stopped.

Zelenskyy's statements include:

• Trump may not be a reliable partner, as he will not always remain president. The security guarantees provided by the US for Ukraine largely depend on the decisions of the US Congress.
• As the president emphasized, he is not a dictator and did not start this war.
• Bringing Ukrainians back to normal life, stopping the killing of people, and eliminating the global threat posed by Putin is a victory.
• We will try to return territories, but doing so now could harm the lives of millions of people.
• The availability of sufficient weapons in Ukraine depends on partner countries. At the same time, returning to the 1991 borders will ensure the restoration of justice and the real victory of the country.
