US responds to Russia's aid to Iran

US President Donald Trump and his special envoy Steve Witkoff addressed the issue of Russia's alleged assistance to Iran. Earlier, The Washington Post reported that Russia is passing secret information to the Iranian side about US military facilities in the Middle East. According to this information, the precise coordinates provided by Russia may be serving to increase the effectiveness of Iran's attacks.
In a conversation with journalists, President Trump approached these reports with caution. He emphasized that he does not know for sure whether Russia is actually helping Iran, but even if this help exists, it has not significantly improved Iran's military situation. According to Trump, the US has already seriously weakened Iran's military potential, and any actions by Russia cannot change the situation.
Steve Witkoff, for his part, strongly requested that Russia not provide Iran with information about US military facilities. Experts note that Iran's recent strikes have been very precise and targeted. In their opinion, Iran is acting much more effectively in destroying command centers and control systems than before. The US Department of Defense is currently refraining from official comments on this situation.
