US operation spending against Iran reaches record levels

According to the latest data, the costs of the US military operation against Iran have exceeded $27 billion in a month and are increasing day by day. This data is maintained through the Iran War Cost Tracker platform, which calculates war costs in real time based on Pentagon data.

According to Pentagon reports, $11.3 billion was spent in the first six days of the war, and each subsequent day requires approximately $1 billion in additional expenses. This further increases the financial burden of military operations.

According to Newsweek, from the very beginning of the US operation against Iran, it was more than the funds spent at the beginning of the 2003 Iraq War. At the same time, the Pentagon is demanding $200 billion for the full continuation of this campaign, which is $67 billion more than the amount requested by the George Bush administration in 2003.

According to The Economist, the US will need at least a year to replenish the ammunition used in these military operations. At the same time, the White House has not yet finalized the budget agreement with Congress for these expenses.

Recall that the US and Israel's military operation against Iran has been ongoing since February 28, which further increases the importance of global security and the regional financial burden.

Experts believe that such capital-intensive operations, in addition to military effectiveness, also exacerbate political and economic threats, therefore the international community must closely monitor this process.
