At one of the restaurants located on Rottnest Island in Australia, quokkas have been officially banned from entering.
It was reported that although the administration has installed warning signs for tourists in several languages, these rules are not being fully followed by either visitors or the animals.
Because of their cute appearance, quokkas have become used to asking people for food and are often entering restaurants.
It is noted that this situation is not only causing disorder, but also posing a risk to the animals’ health.
Experts note that food consumed by humans is harmful to quokkas and has a serious negative effect on their bodies.
