Russia's Tuapse oil refinery hit by drone attack

Russia's Tuapse oil refinery, located on the Black Sea coast, has been hit by a drone attack. According to reports, the strike caused a fire on the refinery's grounds and resulted in an oil spill into the sea.
It took several days to extinguish the fire at the facility, which is owned by the Rosneft company. According to analysis, attacks have intensified following the stalling of US-mediated peace negotiations and the shifting of focus to other regions.
It is reported that the Kyiv side has increased strikes on Russian facilities since March. Following another drone attack on April 16, the refinery temporarily suspended its operations.
For information, the Tuapse oil refinery has an annual capacity of approximately 12 million tons, or 240,000 barrels per day.
The facility produces products such as naphtha, diesel fuel, fuel oil, and vacuum gas oil.
