GAC Honda has officially started accepting pre-orders for its first all-electric crossover, the Honda P7, Speedme.ru reported. The model is already in production at the company’s plant in Guangzhou. Pricing and sales launch dates have yet to be announced, but key specifications are now available.
The Honda P7 features a sporty, low-profile design with dimensions of 4750×1930×1625 mm and a wheelbase of 2930 mm. Inside, it offers heated, ergonomic seats with high vibration insulation and a 1.85 m² smart panoramic roof with adjustable transparency.
Equipment includes a 16-speaker Bose audio system, Honda Sensing 360+ driver assistance, and Honda Connect 4.0 infotainment with voice and smartphone control across four zones.
Powered by a 90 kWh custom battery from CATL, the P7 delivers up to 650 km of range. It comes in rear-wheel drive (single motor) or all-wheel drive (dual motor) configurations. The front motor delivers 150 kW (350 Nm) and the rear motor 200 kW (420 Nm). Acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h takes just 4.6 seconds.
