New Honda NSX to return in 2027 as electric coupe
Honda has confirmed plans to bring back its legendary NSX sports car, Daily-motor.ru reported. The model was previously produced between 1990–2005 and 2016–2022. The new-generation NSX is expected to debut in 2027.

The upcoming NSX will be fully redesigned, featuring a coupe-style silhouette, wide wheel arches for large rims, unique LED headlights, and door-integrated handles.

Unlike its predecessors, the new NSX will be fully electric, with output expected to exceed 1000 horsepower. Thanks to the use of solid-state batteries currently in development, it will offer an estimated driving range of around 700 km on a single charge.

The model will also feature an advanced all-wheel-drive system, though technical details remain under wraps for now.

Its main rival is expected to be the Lexus LFR, a hybrid-powered supercar with 900 horsepower. However, Honda plans to price the NSX slightly below the LFR, though the exact difference is not yet specified. The LFR is estimated to cost about 38 million yen (around 4.2 billion UZS).
