UzAuto Motors net profit continues to show a declining trend

In the first half of 2025, UzAuto Motors company reported total revenue of 21.2 trillion soms. This figure is 9.5 percent lower compared to the same period in 2024 (23.4 trillion soms).

According to the financial reports published on the Unified Corporate Portal, the net profit of UzAuto Motors for the half-year period amounted to 1.38 trillion soms. This figure is 27.5 percent lower than the same period last year (1.91 trillion soms).

During the reporting period, the company’s total expenses largely remained at the level of the previous year — 2.33 trillion soms (-2.2%). Among them, selling expenses amounted to 645 billion soms (-4.2%), administrative expenses totaled 755.6 billion soms (-4.6%), and other operating expenses amounted to 935.4 billion soms (+1.1%).

The company’s share in the Uzbekistan market also declined significantly — from 90.2% to 82.2%. This indicates increasing competition for UzAuto Motors in the country’s automobile market.

Meanwhile, the company’s total revenue in the first quarter was 9.7 trillion soms. This figure is 17% lower compared to the same period in 2024 (11.7 trillion soms). During the half-year period, the company earned a net profit of 637 billion soms, which is lower than the first quarter of 2024 (1.3 trillion soms).

According to a previously announced presidential decree, UzAuto Motors company is planned to enter the market and go for a public sale in the first quarter of 2026. This opens a new stage for the company and provides significant opportunities for investors and car manufacturers.
