Copyright infringement detected in Rayhon's song "Yakhshimasmi"
It has been detected that the poem in Rayhon's song "Yakhshimasmi" was used without the author's permission, the Department of Intellectual Property reported.

It was reported that the poet Shohrukh Abduvohidov, known under the pseudonym Abdussamiy, filed an appeal with the Ministry of Justice regarding the unauthorized performance of his poems "Yakhshimasmi" and "Ertaga boramizmi".

During the investigation, it was confirmed that the poems in the songs "Yakhshimasmi" performed by Rayhon Ganieva and "Ertaga bоramizmi" performed by the soloist of the "Sahar" group Anvar Juraev were used by the composer Shahboz Nosirjonov without the consent of the author.

A report was drawn up on this case based on Article 177(1) of the Code of Administrative Responsibility and sent to court.

Based on the decision of the Yashnabad District Court, the violator was fined 2 times the minimum wage - 750,000 soums.
