Amazon MGM Studios delighted fans of the post-apocalyptic series “Fallout” with unexpected news: filming for the third season will kick off as early as this spring. That’s much earlier than the previously announced timeline. This was reported by playground.ru reports .
Just a few weeks ago, executive producer Jonathan Nolan said the team hoped to start filming in the summer. However, it has now been revealed that production will begin on May 1 in Santa Clarita, California. This schedule change suggests Amazon is speeding up production to prevent the gap between seasons from dragging on.
Fred Toye will return to the director’s chair. This decision will help preserve the visual style and narrative continuity established in the first two seasons. According to the Film and Television Industry Alliance, Toye’s “genre experience” will play an important role in further expanding the series’ vast post-apocalyptic world.
