Fazilat Shirinova, who performed the song “Kulcha non” that brings back memories of our childhood, currently lives in the city of Dubai with her family. She spoke about her life in the program “Efirdа Turakhonov”.
According to Fazilat Shirinova, she entered the world of art at a very early age. At the age of five she was accepted into the ensemble “Orzu” and from that moment stood out with her talent. Although she was the youngest among the girls, she attracted attention with her good hearing ability and voice.
Fazilat Shirinova said that composer Bakhshillo Karimov wrote the song “Non yopganda” especially for her. With this song they won the competition “San’at g‘unchalari”. Later the song “Khayol” was also recorded, after which she studied at the Mukhtar Ashrafi college in Bukhara.
Fazilat Shirinova said that after getting married she moved away from creative work and somewhat regrets it. Nevertheless she also stated that she is satisfied with her current life. According to her, sometimes she plays those songs and sings them together with her granddaughter.
Although she is now 46 years old, she proudly says that the song “Non yopganda” is still sung in kindergartens and schools.
