
Uzbek Ambassador Karomiddin Gadoev participated in the annual meeting of the members of the Malaysian Mid-Level Companies Consortium.
During the event, a separate panel session was held on the topic "Open Dialogue. New Horizons" with the participation of leading Malaysian mid-level business circles and representatives of Central Asian countries.
In his speech at this session, the Uzbek Ambassador spoke in detail about the reforms, in particular, measures being implemented to create a favorable investment climate. He also noted the special attention and privileges paid to Malaysian entrepreneurs in our country.
A number of companies that are members of the Malaysian Mid-Level Companies Consortium showed great interest in the markets of Uzbekistan and the special industrial zone being created for Malaysian representatives in the Tashkent region.
At the end of the meeting, an agreement was reached to jointly develop promising areas of cooperation with a number of leading Malaysian companies.
The Malaysian Mid-Level Companies Consortium unites more than 15,000 mid-level companies, which are the main driving force of the Malaysian economy. These enterprises account for 40 percent of the country's gross domestic product. Read 'Zamin' on Telegram!
