According to the National Statistics Committee, in 2025, large enterprises in Uzbekistan produced food products worth 152.1 trillion soums. This indicator increased by 9.7% compared to 2024.
By region, the largest volume was recorded in the city of Tashkent - 27.6 trillion soums. The following places are occupied by Tashkent region - 21.5 trillion soums, Samarkand region - 19.5 trillion soums, Fergana region - 11.6 trillion soums.
The indicators for the remaining regions are as follows: Karakalpakstan - 6.6 trillion soums, Andijan - 9.6 trillion soums, Bukhara - 11.3 trillion soums, Jizzakh - 3.3 trillion soums.
Also, Kashkadarya - 10.2 trillion soums, Navoi - 7.9 trillion soums, Namangan - 8.5 trillion soums, Surkhandarya - 3.2 trillion soums.
In Syrdarya region - 5.4 trillion soums, in Khorezm region - 6 trillion soums.
