A 72-hour fast will save your life
72-hour fasting will save your life: fasting "eats up" tumors, inflammation, and toxins (poisons).

Many people think that fasting is only a way to get rid of excess weight. In fact, fasting is an incredible miracle that occurs inside the body: damaged proteins and even cancer cells in the early stages begin to be processed.

This helps the body get rid of waste cells and reduce inflammatory processes.

According to studies conducted in the USA in 2014, a 72-hour fast helps restore the immune system and eliminate cellular waste.

How to prepare for a 72-hour fast:

1. 3-4 days before switching to a fasting regime, you need to train your body using the 16:8 method (16 hours - not eating, 8 hours - time when you can eat). This will gradually bring the body into a "fat burning" state.

2. Reduce carbohydrates and increase healthy fats. This will help the body enter ketosis (the process of breaking down fats for energy due to carbohydrate starvation) faster before the main fast.

3. During the 72-hour fast, you can only drink water, black coffee (without sugar or other additives), tea and electrolytes.

It is also very important to exit the fast correctly:
  • Start with boiled bone broth.
  • After an hour, eat 1-2 egg whites or avocado.
  • After another hour, have a light snack with protein and fat.
