Based on a 2024 court order from the Shaykhontohur Interdistrict Court for Civil Cases, an enforcement document regarding the collection of a 50 million 471 thousand 812 soum loan debt from debtor A.R. in favor of the claimant bank was received by the Shaykhontohur District Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement.
Regarding this enforcement document, state executor N. Azamatov warned the debtor several times and provided an opportunity to voluntarily repay the debt. However, despite this, the debtor evaded payment and avoided enforcement using various excuses.
Subsequently, the state executor initiated compulsory enforcement actions, and the debtor's 'Damas' vehicle was located through a search and seized in accordance with the established procedure. After the process of putting the vehicle up for electronic auction began, the debtor realized the situation had become serious.
As a result, in order not to lose the vehicle, the debtor paid the full amount through the bank, clearing the loan debt. Thus, the requirements of the enforcement document were fully met, and the enforcement case was closed in practice pursuant to Article 41, Clause 1 of the Law.
