According to the writ of execution of the Tashkent Interdistrict Economic Court, the debtor "X.N" enterprise was ordered to return the illegally occupied and used land plot of 330 sq.m. adjacent to the non-residential object located on M.Ulugbek Street, M.Ulugbek District, and to demolish the illegally constructed structure at the expense of the defendant.
The decision to initiate this writ of execution was made by the state bailiff of the department I.Sanaev, and the debtor was given a voluntary 15-day period, as required by law.
However, due to the debtor's failure to comply with the requirements of the enforcement document within the specified period, a fine was imposed on the director of the debtor enterprise in accordance with Article 198-1 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
During the enforcement proceedings, the illegal structure was forcibly demolished in favor of the Tashkent City Department of the Cadastre Agency, the collector, and the land plot was returned to its original condition, and the enforcement proceedings were terminated.
