A joint operation was carried out by the Sharof Rashidov district department of the Department under the Prosecutor General's Office and the Internal Affairs Department. During the operation, citizen Sh.Z. was detained with material evidence while selling 16 boxes of the powerful drug "Omnadren-250" to citizen M.Kh. for 4.8 million soums.
Similarly, during the operation conducted by the Yangihayot district department of the Department, 300 units of "Benzonal 100 mg" were seized from the head of LLC "R.M." H.A., and during the operation conducted by the Andijan city department of the Department and the Internal Affairs Department, 60 units of the powerful drugs "Regapen" and "Tropicamide" were seized from citizen M.A. as material evidence.
Criminal cases have been initiated and investigations are underway under Article 251-1 of the Criminal Code (manufacturing, distribution, advertising, demonstration of products promoting highly active substances that are not considered narcotic drugs, their analogues or psychotropic substances, or illegal circulation of such substances or toxic substances).
