Saida Mirziyoyeva met with US Congresswoman Carol Miller

Assistant to the President Saida Mirziyoyeva held a meeting with Carol Miller, a member of the US Congress, a member of the parliamentary caucus on cooperation with Uzbekistan. She wrote about this on her Telegram channel.

It was noted that the meeting exchanged views on further strengthening Uzbek-US relations.

“We touched upon the issues of reforms in the field of education, expanding the rights and opportunities of women, and strengthening cooperation with Congress in these areas.

I would like to express my gratitude to Mrs. Miller for the warm conversation and support,” Saida Mirziyoyeva wrote.


As a reminder, Shavkat Mirziyoyev received a delegation led by Carol Miller on March 17. During the meeting, special attention was paid to expanding interparliamentary cooperation in order to support and promote economic and investment projects, including projects in the mining, industry, energy, and agriculture sectors.
