It was also determined that the chief methodologist of the Department for Organizing the Assessment of Teachers' Knowledge and Skills of the Ministry of Preschool and School Education of the Republic of Karakalpakstan was involved in this illegal activity. He voluntarily handed over $10,450 collected from teachers for assistance in passing state certification.
