In Kuva district, thanks to the tireless work and dedication of the employees of the Compulsory Enforcement Bureau (CEB), another important victory was achieved.
The issue of alimony debt in many families has been resolved, and the rights of children are being protected.
Two important cases are clear evidence of this:
First case: 50,500,000 soums in alimony debt was collected from debtor S.A. in favor of claimant S.M. for the maintenance of three children! These funds will serve to ensure the good life and maintenance of the children.
Second case: 76,800,000 soums in alimony debt was collected from debtor I.A. in favor of claimant M.A. for the period until the child turns 18, and the amount was transferred to the claimant's card. The enforcement document was completed.
A total of 127,300,000 soums! This is a clear example of the effective work of the Kuva district CEB employees and their loyalty to the law.
Due to their tireless work and prioritizing the interests of citizens, the rights of children are being protected and they are provided with a decent life.
